We will prepare and distribute a sale memorandum to carefully selected prospective purchasers. With no preconceived methodology, we constantly review the most appropriate means of disposal to ensure we are always prepared for any eventuality.

When it comes to Mergers and Acquisitions you need rigorous attention to detail and an appreciation  of commercial sensitivities. For the bidder – we advise on approach strategy, arrange underwriting and funding, draft documentation and announce the offer. For the target – we negotiate with potential suitors, identify the best options for both management and shareholders and help deliver your chosen strategy. We advise on compliance with the Listing Authorities (FSA) and the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers and identify any taxation, pension or employment issues.
