Supporting the owners through buyer selection, completion and payment of deferred consideration. We helped the owners compare offers and assess certainty of outcome. Following the sale to Beacon Homecare, we remained engaged until all deferred consideration was paid.
Industrials | Management buyout
Advising shareholders on a vendor-initiated management buyout and arranging the funding package. We introduced and negotiated funding involving the Foresight Nottingham Fund and Royal Bank of Scotland to support the transaction.
